AMW Helps Jacksonville NC Police Find Cesar Laurean

Police in Jacksonville North Carolina said today that 'Americas Most Wanted' (AMW) was helping them track leads about the where abouts of Cesar Laurean. Laurean is being sought for the murder of Maria Lauterbach. Autopsy results released today show that Lauterbauch was killed by blunt force trauma to the head. At the time of her death, Maria Lauterback was eight months pregnant. Cesar Laurean was last seen in Shreveport Louisiana boarding a bus that was headed for Texas. Anyone that has seen Cesar Laurean should visit AMW.com and provide a tip.

A few days ago, I speculated here about how Cesar Laurean's Marine training might help him elude capture in a large and rural state like Texas. The fact that there have been no confirmed sighting of Laurean over the past couple of days means that either Laurean has been able to find an out of the way place to hide in Texas or he somehow made his way to Mexico and is hiding out there. Laurean needs to be caught and hopefully he will make a mistake soon that will lead to his capture. No matter what Maria Lauterbach did or said to him does not excuse killing her in cold blood and then buring and burying her body in a pit.

According to Jacksonville, NC police – there was blood found all over Laurean's house. Apparently, Cpl. Laurean tried to clean up the blood with bleach and even went as far as to paint parts of his house to concel blood evidence. Laurean is married and his wife was also living at this same house. It surprises me a great deal that she did not see or hear anything suspecious when Maria Lauterbach was murdered in her home. Also, Laurean's neighbors said that Cesar's wife helped him with the repainting of the home. Something about Laurean's wife story just doesn't add up to me, but so many details about this case seem strange and almost surreal. Right now the most important thing is to find and bring Cesar Laurean back to Jacksonville, NC to face justice. Hopefully, he will be found soon – but with each passing day the likelihood of finding and capturing him becomes less probable.
