The legal definition of Obstruction of Justice is: 'an attempt to interfere with the administration of the courts, the judicial system or law enforcement officers, including threatening witnesses, improper conversations with jurors, hiding evidence or interfering with an arrest. Such activity is a crime' (source: law.com). Next week we should find out if the Orange County Florida DA will charge Lee Anthony with 'Obstruction of Justice' as it pertains to the murder charges that have been filed against Casey.
When reading what makes up an 'Obstruction of Justice' charge, I could see almost anyone on Earth potentially being charged with that crime if it's broadest definition is adhered to by an aggressive prosecutor. That could also be why some prosecutors have decided to file 'Obstruction of Justice' charges against other people in the past, when they (DA's) could not convict for an actual real criminal offense.
If Lee Anthony is charged with 'Obstruction of Justice' next week, the most important thing to listen for is the reasoning the prosecutor gives for filing the charges in the first place. From the prosecutors words we should learn quickly if these charges were filed for real reasons or just as another legal intimidation strategy to get Casey to confess.

Next Week We Should Learn If Caylee's Uncle Lee Anthony Will Be Charged With Obstruction
I am still holding out hope that Lee Anthony is not as messed up as his sister Casey, but in reality I could be proven wrong in the near future. My personal gut feeling is that Lee Anthony was manipulated by his sister, after the fact, when Caylee first disappeared.
I still believe that the Orange County Florida DA's is trying to put pressure on Casey Anthony to confess to the murder of Caylee and that is what is behind these rumored charges against Lee. While anything is possible, I doubt if threatening Casey's brother Lee will have any effect on a total narcissist like Casey Anthony.

Roy Kronk To Receive $5000 Reward For Finding Caylee Anthony's Body
As the New Year gets underway there is news from an attorney that is in charge of a reward fund, started months ago, that was set up to help authorities gain valuable information as to what happened to Caylee Anthony back when she was still just a missing person. That attorney, Mark NeJame, of Orlando Florida believes the money in that Caylee Anthony reward fund should be paid to the man that found her remains, Roy Kronk.
In his words, Caylee might never have been found without the constant efforts of Kronk to get the police to investigate his hunch that something was not quite right in that wooded area not far from Cindy and George Anthony's home. I totally agree with Mark NeJame that Roy Kronk should receive the $5000 reward for finding Caylee's body, but I also think someone should give this guy a metal as well.
Soon, Caylee will be laid to rest and all of the attention of this case will fall at the feet of Casey Anthony and possibly her brother Lee, too. Sometimes people forget with the passage of time that a real human being was murdered here and I certainly hope that does not happen in this case.

I totally agree with Mark NeJame that Roy Kronk should receive the $5000 reward for finding Caylee's body, but I also think someone should give this guy a metal as well.

George/Cindy Anthony Are Grandchild Caylee's Legal 'Next of Kin' For Funeral
It is almost unbelievable how the US justice system works when a young child is murdered like Caylee Anthony was and because her mother is currently in jail, charged with her murder, the 'next of kin' state statute passes her funeral arrangements to her grandparents, who don't seem like they are much better human beings than Caylee's mother, Casey. While I have never thought much of the actions of Cindy and George Anthony as grandparents, when I heard that they wanted immunity from prosecution before they would tell police all they knew about Caylee's disappearance and murder, I understood immediately that they were closer to Casey Anthony's mindset than most other people in the world.

Bad Things Happen When Police Don't Do Their Job, Roy Kronk's Ignored August 911 Calls
As most people that follow the Caylee/Casey Anthony story know already, a water meter reader by the name of Roy Kronk called police on three different occasion in August of last year to report something strange in a wooded area near the home of Cindy and George Anthony. None of Mr. Kronk's called were heeded by police, so several months later Roy Kronk went to this same wooded area and found the remains of Caylee Anthony.
To make matters worse for police and members of the Orange County Florida DA's office, there are now still and video pictures of that same area long before Roy Kronk found Caylee's remains which showed no sign of what Mr. Kronk discovered a few weeks ago.
Now those video tapes are being examined by police, but even under the best of circumstances - Casey Anthony now has huge reasonable doubt to present to a jury in her upcoming murder trial. If Casey Anthony is guilty, but ends up walking on murder charges when her trial is over - the ignored 911 calls placed by Roy Kronk in August of 2008 will play a decisive role in her not guilty verdict.

Cindy/George Anthony Want Immunity Before They Are Questioned By Police
Apparently, Cindy and George Anthony want the Orange County Florida DA's office to grant each of them immunity before they will sit down with police and tell all they know about what happened to their granddaughter Caylee and what involvement they believe their daughter Casey Anthony might have had in her disappearance and murder. I hope that the DA tells them where to go in his answer to this immunity request, because I have always suspected that they (Cindy/George) knew more than they were telling the police and to give them a free (get out of jail) pass is not in the best interest of justice.
