GOP leaders are pledging to repeal Obama Care if they win the White House and both houses of Congress in November. While that might sound like good news to most Americans who oppose health care reform, I still have my doubts if Republicans will follow through on that pledge. Elected GOP leaders have been saying they will cut spending for years, but somehow when push comes to shove, few cuts are ever made.
