Attorney's Must Speculate To The Media Now Because A 'Gag Order' Will Stop Them Later

Without any doubt, when Casey Anthony's murder trial gets underway, there will be a 'gag order' put into place that will prevent the prosecution and the defense in this high profile murder case from talking to the media/press. While 'gag orders' might be a good thing for the judge in the case, most of the time regular folks don't like them because they give off the impression that there is something to hide in the trial.

Especially, in Florida - most Americans learned about what is referred to there as the 'Sunshine Law', back during Gore v. Bush, which makes the activities of the Florida State government open to the public most of the time. However, the actions of government and the legal proceedings that take place during a murder trial are completely different and 'Sunshine Law Rules' will not apply.

I believe over the next two to three months, both prosecutors and the 'dream team' of attorney's that will represent Casey Anthony will be making their case to future jurors on television before a judge puts a strict 'gag rule' into effect when Casey's murder trial starts. During the next few months we will all see how both sides will line up in this murder trial and in the end I certainly hope that justice is served.
