Car Crashes Kill More Teens Than Any Other Cause

Once again, the CDC has said that when it comes to teenagers dying – their leading cause of death is from automobile accidents. Heck, was there ever a time when that was not the case? Maybe, but if they were keeping records before the automobile was invented – I'm pretty sure that most teens died back then from falling off horses while riding too fast. It has always been a fact of life that most teenagers believe they are bullet proof and they live their lives without fear of death. Risk taking is just what teens do and there is nothing that can be done to stop that type of behavior. Parents and the government will continue to look for ways to save the lives of our kids, but in the end nothing will change until they grow up and realize they too can be hurt and/or killed because of bad choices.
