S.C. Woman Lies About Shooting Man With Bullet Proof Vest

I thought I'd heard it all until news was released recently out of South Carolina about a women, Taylor Ann Kelly, who allegedly killed a man when he asked her to shoot him in order to test his bullet proof vest. It didn't take long for police to figure out that what she was telling them was nothing less than an outright lie. At first, Kelly told police that she missed the bullet proof vest and accidentally shot Blake Randall Wardell in the chest. Later it was learned that rather than this shooting being an accident, it was instead a murder. It appears that Kelly never fired the gun. Instead, another person named Timothy Dwayne Fisher has now been arrested for Wardell's death. It is unclear at this time why Kelly lied to police in the first place.
