President Obama Unable To Break Presidential Bubble Issue

I remember well when President Barack Obama was first elected as President. One of his first and biggest concerns was that he didn't want to get trapped in a presidential bubble like his predecessors had done. It seems like yesterday when President-Elect Obama argued and won a major battle with the U.S. Secret Service to be allowed to carry his own personal Blackberry. Wow, does anyone even use a Blackberry anymore? If so, there are not that many people who do and in recent years I have not heard President Obama talk about his, either. As President Obama approaches lame duck status, he seems almost completely cut off from the rest of the country. Just look at some of the decisions he has made in the past month or so. Just like President's Bush and Clinton before him, President Obama is now a full-time resident of that presidential bubble he once rail-against and that's really sad.
